As advised, the dairy goat classes of the 150th Kingston Agricultural Show had to be postponed to Sunday 21st January 2018. A great day was had by all. 34 goats were judged by Murray Grills and the cadet judge Carolyn Pritchard. Three goat breeds were represented: Toggenburgs, British Alphines and Anglo Nubians. All champions received special commemorative medallions thanks to the sponsorship of the Creswick & District Community Bank® Branch of the Bendigo Bank. Best Exhibit in Show went to the British Alphine ‘Geringhaven Wynne’ owned by Glenis and Peter Keays. Thanks to Gail Ryan for organizing the event again and to our other sponsors the Creswick Pharmacy, Gailway Park and Olssons’ (salt licks).
